Rang the helpline and it was all sorted, within one hour the company doing the repairs rang me to arrange a date to bring me a hire car and take my car away. Car returned on time and looked like new again. I was amazed how easy the whole process was.”

“When i made a claim i was put through to a solicitor who was only interested in making an injury claim, not fixing my car. I found out that post Office are only a broker and that Axa are actually the insurer. Once i got through to Axa everything was sorted.”
