“a very competitive quote - although I did not examine all details to see if other benefits etc compare favourably with other policies, being a low mileage driver I tend to go for cheapest price alone. Post service was very good and documents sent promptly”

“I requested information to help me decide whether or not to claim. I never received this information. It was like dealing with a brick wall. They gave me to believe that all insurance companies are like that, but I have no way of knowing if that is correct. All I can say for sure was that I was left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.”

“£20 to change my address is/was disgusting. Admin fee???? I am pretty sure that they do not pay their staff £20 per hour and since my documents etc were all emailed to me I do not understand how it costs so much.”
