“I been with principal for a number of months and had my policy cancelled due to an error I rang up and managed to sort everything great customer service very cheap and very polite will recomend to anyone I be staying with principal for a long time”

“They have always appeared to go out there way to resolve issues. such as when I changed bikes the lad spent 3 hours in total backhand forth trying to sort it for me. would have been 5 stars if there prices were better though! went from less than 500 a year on my 1000cc to nearly 700 a year on a 600cc!”

“tried to change my insurance to my new bike, got told i couldnt get it from current insurer then got a quote for 4 times as much as i had been paying, this then got brought down slightly and then told i would have to pay a charge for cancelling my insurance but i had to cancel as they wouldnt insure me. riduculous!!!!”

“I found 5em very good to deal with. When renewing I didn’t get the usual hiked price but was very competitive straight away. When dealing with a a change of bike it was painless and simple. Definately recommend.”
