Iv been driving for 15 years and this is the worst insurance company iv ever dealt i rang to add a second car when they first answered the phone they said they do second car insurance and put me on hold than I had to wait 45 minutes for someone else's to answer and tell me they don't do second car insurance what a bunch of idiots

Could not get an online quote, apparently they are a broker and my address did not register with them (even though I have lived here for 10 years and on the electrol role) they said they get their info. from Electoral role (LOL). They do not like to insure London drivers it seems. Poor quality provider - obviously keep take LOW risk drivers out of London.

cancel my policy ,half way through , they took 90% of the money leaving £30 , but they then took that in admin fee's,also when i phoned to cancel i was told to email on their message board that i wanted my no claims bonus , which i did and read it out to the lady whilst on the phone , asked if that was all they needed ,yer thats fine she said , this morning get a phone call that i need to put more in email, frustrated i told him what i had been told the previous day . they dont know what they are doing and give the wrong information to customers

Did'nt cancel my policy when asked ! so close brothers there finance people charged me £30 fine for the privilege Steer clear from these thrives 😬

Got an online quote. Rang up to clarify...quote went up. Youth that I spoke to promised he would ring back on Mon or Tue. On Tue I called back.... waiting in a queue for 10mins... Got told that the youth would ring me straight back. It's now Thur pm. Why bother with a company that you can't trust? Avoid.

first company they insured me with went bust before policy was finished, so lost a years no claims, made the mistake of using them again for new policy, they increased my D/D by £30 a month because of the yr less!! then want £45 admin fee to change or cancel and just pass me from pillar to post, they wont re-quote me a new policy and are very evasive over the phone, i demanded a call back and cancelled my D/D, now they only ring to tell me it needs reinstating, and no nothing of my complaint!!! useless bunch of .........

I was due to renew my insurance I put my details online to get the in quote and quoteonline start calling me 5 times a day! And guy spoke to me like I was scum. So rude! That was my mistake to answer there call! They put my wife's claim on my name and and 1 of my none fault claim 4 and half years a go and reject my insurance renewal. Now I am struggling to get the insurance had to pay £1,500 extra just because of them! The way they talk they are non-professional people! They call you from 0161* Manchester number!! Avoid them! First they will give you half price quote and then your insurance will bounce!

paid deposit end of November then took further payment week later which knew nothing about. attempted to login to my policy my contact details are unknown. do not know if any more information is required from me. I need to send my no claims bonus but to where. I pay by monthly instalments aint got a clue when next payments due. I havent even seen my policy documents since taking out policy. only know defo insured by checking on insurance database. I am already wishing I hadn't taken out car insurance with this company as even the basics I cant even sort out god forbid I need to make a claim.

My insurance premium increased by over £250 just for moving half a mile down the road! Quotelinedirect insisted on charging me an additional £37.50 admin fee on top of this. I know this is stated in their terms but given the circumstances I expected them to make an exception. I do not recommend this company at all!

I had a insurance for a van with them on monthly payments, they took a first payment on the 19/09 16 of £172.62 then on the 28/09/16 took a payment of £81.80 i only had the van for three weeks the cancelled 5/10/16, was told there would be a cancellation fee of £45.00, but after many phone calls to them and being promised someone would call me back, which has never happend, iam still waiting a refund, fustration is not the word with this.

Was recommended another company by Q/Direct after collapse of Enterprise. Took out policy and when I I changed vehicle I telephoned to transfer insurance I was informed that my insurer they recommended only insured for business not S.D.P that I was looking for and what I had on my previous policy. They said would have to cancel policy and pay a £45 cancellation fee (has only run for 10 days) even though they recommended them. I am also still awaiting refund from previous policy. They are a crap outfit and they should be investigated by the Ombudsmen and Insurance regulator and shut down. May be cheaper than other companies but steer well clear from them.

went to quoteline after enterprise went under they was my broker when i took out my policy with enterprise.. took out a new policy after 4 hours of just been sent to people who did not know what to do and just long wait on hold.. after taking a new policy out found out the did not make it active so to cut a long story sort they took a payment for a policy and i paid for it only to get stopped by the police for not having insurance.. as you can understand very upset with that... got little to no help from quoteline not even a email with my new insurance details nothing

After Enterprise Insurance went under I was told by Quoteline Direct to call them to sort out new cover. Called them on a landline and was told I was no. 3 in the queue - 90 minutes later I was still no. 3. (Also called on the mobile after 1 hour and told I was no. 18!). Recorded message advised that Enterprise customers could visit the Quoteline website and there would be a section dedicated to alternative cover for Enterprise customers visited but no trace of anything to do with Enterprise. Don't use them - they don't know what they are doing. Very poor service!!

I have been on the phone for 2hours 17 mins listening to lighthouse family i need to change my car insurance and cant so i have had to take out another policy and pay another deposit with a different company i would believe everything you read

If i could have rated 0 stars I would have, completely useless we have 2 vehicles insured through them, one they we did 3 weeks ago and quote cost changed about 8 time in the space of hour. we now have the other vehicle with no insurance due to the Enterprise situation, I would have more chance of winning the lottery that getting through to me by phone this week and trying to run a business at the same time, I have no time for this, unless is an understatement, hopefully they will go bust too

They sent me notice of cancellation for my van insurance. I paid the insurance in full and have 6 mouths left to run. I have been trying to contact them for 1 week by phone they don't even bother to put you on hold anymore they just ignore you. E mail forget that there's Moore chance of England wining the World Cup than getting a response from this lot

they don't answer the phone, left them several emails. Never replied to any of my emails. I don't know what type of company are they running, they put me on hold for more than an hour and no one bothered to answer the phone. Can;t imagine how will you process a claim with this type of company who does't reply at all. My advice will be not to buy any insurance with these guys
