Could not see my policies then tried to cancel within the cooling period, no joy email after email phone call after phone call. Then I get a email saying policy being cancelled and I owe them £131 for what ? I never wanted to continue the policy, absolutely no idea about law and now I call and get through immediately after they’ve gone beyond my cooling period. Absolute scammers

Just a bad company. All the other bad reviews are correct. Please if you have to just pay more money and get someone else to insure your vehicle.

Cancelled policy within 3 days of taking it out. Policy not due to commence for another week. Within the 7 days cooling off period... got charged £50. Theives. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE shocking company they only answer phone when asking for a quote then selling the insurance, they won’t answer phone I have contacted the OMBUDSMAN about this company

Shocking company shut it down do not use I insured my car £197.99 then they keep wanting more information and are threatening to take more money I have cancelled my card and will re insure my car SHOCKING company DO NOT USE

This company should be closed down. From the moment I became a customer I've had problem after problem with this company. Its incredibly distressing use their services as you cant get through to them. I have been on the phone for over an hour and when someone does answer they pass me over to an automated recording again. When staff do come on they are helpful, but the company itself fails in all areas.

I have been trying to call this company to see about document verification for nearly 2 days 1st time 48 mins , 37 mins 22 mins. I am lucky that I can use a Computer and appreciate that a lot of Folk rely on Verbal communication, if this is the case, avoid this Company, like the Coronavirus.

Quoteline sent a letter *AFTER the 14 day cooling off period* wanting another £246.74. 1 & 1/2 full working days have been spent trying to sort this out, Quoteline will not admit they are wrong. Had insurance for the last 3 years with different companies, not a problem. Nothing has changed ! FCA don't give a dam, The true underwriter Premier PICL don't give a dam. Quoteline direct will find some way to extract / demand more money in one way or another.

Terrible - don't buy from these robbers. After being a loyal customer for about the last 8 years, I have just been told that they will charge me £50 just to cancel a policy that I no longer need. Beware that if you buy from this company they will probably charge you to leave them!! What a rip off. Needless to say I will never be buying insurance from them again. AVOID!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay well clear of them and use a professional and reputable company even if you pay a little more. They take your money but don't produce your policy. I had to take legal advice in the end and finally cancelled and went elsewhere. Unable to get through to Customer Services without a 40min wait!! Emails not replied to. Just continuous stress. I certainly would not recommend this company!

What a nightmare of a company !! Had (or thought I had) insurance with them, then they claimed they couldn't validate my address - this despite sending them proof of address !! they eventually cancelled my insurance, I had to 'huff and puff' to get the remainder of my premium back from them. Personally, I wouldn't deal with them again.

Terrible service received. Policy wasn’t how I filled it out to be online even though it was done numerous times the same with the same cost each time. After purchasing was told the policy was different (they knew exactly) and to amend it would cost more than double the original quote. Do not touch this company they are a total scam. Reporting them to the federal trade commission.

You hassled me mutiple times via email, post, text, and phone calls despite the fact that I contacted you after your initial reminder and said I would contact you If I decided to renew. This invasion of my privacy is nothing short of sharp practice and I wish to complain at the highest level about your dreadful policy of hounding customers in this way. If you have any moral decency whatsoever I fully expect your managing director to contact me forthwith to explain your reasons for the appalling way I have been treated.

You is baddest company in world, I am insured my van to you, you steel and fraud money to me, I am lost money to your company, you fraud me. I am sent you no claim bonus letters, driver code, and you sent me one price, after you canceled my police, after stay back and you add me paid more 500 gbp pound, I am canceling my police to you. Your company affect my business and I am was stress in your company! You not good insurance company, Because I am stress, and fraud from you company! I am not recommending your company for me and my family, my friends, colleague and other people I am know, you lost me! I am have very bad company in my history in England! I am will you client only two weeks and I am living stressing this two weeks, because I am understand my car is insured or not, one day insured second day not insured! I am bussines owner more 20 years, and not happy for that! You steel and fraud your clients! At the moment I am cancelling all your insurance polices, because you not reliable insurance partner and after that I am sleep calmly!

They went out of there way to cancel my van policy for absolutely no reason and have offered no refund. I would never recommend them to anyone
