“Thought i'd write a review after all the negative ones on here. I change my insurance policies on a regular basis. Been with Quote Me Happy for both cars for a couple of years with £20 multi car discount on each, their price is very competitive. In June my husband had an accident and my first thought was what are they going to be like because they're so cheap. It did take 20 minutes or so to get through to their claims line but have been very efficient otherwise. He had a courtesy car for a couple of weeks all sorted the next day. We had a choice of garage to repair his, the one we chose was excellent keeping us updated on progress. It's all sorted now, the other party accepted responsibility and we're just waiting to get our excess back that we had to pay. Have just renewed with them as they were the cheapest again. Very happy with the way they dealt with everything.”
“The only downside to the company is you do everything yourself or you email them. You can't talk in person.
But it was very easy to change my car details when I bought my new car. I emailed them just to check a few things and they responded very quick and was very happy.”
