My convertible merc was only 1 year old and i was really upset - they ensured I was provided with another equally lovely car during the time my car was being repaired. Just everything was excellent. “Just renewed with QMH - renewal offer was cheaper than last year - everything online is best way of doing business - really easy to make amendments and reasonable pricing for making changes. Haven't had to make a claim so can't comment on that but I have had no issues during my past year with them.”
“Had to write this review after all the negative reviews I read after my accident. I had a recent car accident In September and my new car was written off. I had no problems ringing them to report the incident and their operator rang me back shortly after to update me. I then corresponded via email and on the 4th day the same operator rang me back to offer me a settlement figure which I agreed to and was told the money would be i my account within 3 - 5 days. I had a confirmation email of this within 2 hours and money was in my account
3 days later. All settled within 8 days - excellent service. This is a genuine review so don't listen to all the negative ones this was my genuine experience.”

Now been told it will be tomorrow morning. How can it be 2 days post accident and still car not collected and no courtesy car, missing work staying in. No communication- just awful.”
