“I am with them at the moment - and this is my second year with them. I was in an accident whilst with them - i was hit from behind whilst stationary - so really wasn't my fault. They have been excellent. Really really good. They were so supportive during my accident and gave me a direct dial for a team member so I could call anytime for updates. My convertible merc was only 1 year old and i was really upset - they ensured I was provided with another equally lovely car during the time my car was being repaired. Just everything was excellent. I cannot prise them enough.”

“Just renewed with QMH - renewal offer was cheaper than last year - everything online is best way of doing business - really easy to make amendments and reasonable pricing for making changes. Haven't had to make a claim so can't comment on that but I have had no issues during my past year with them.”

“Had to write this review after all the negative reviews I read after my accident. I had a recent car accident In September and my new car was written off. I had no problems ringing them to report the incident and their operator rang me back shortly after to update me. I then corresponded via email and on the 4th day the same operator rang me back to offer me a settlement figure which I agreed to and was told the money would be i my account within 3 - 5 days. I had a confirmation email of this within 2 hours and money was in my account 3 days later. All settled within 8 days - excellent service. This is a genuine review so don't listen to all the negative ones this was my genuine experience.”

“I had to make a claim on behalf of my elderly parents. My call was answered by Liam who was extremely understanding, pleasant and helpful. He dealt with the claim in a professional manner and it was all sorted in a relatively short time. I would not hesitate to renew with Qhotemehappy.com .Thank you, Liam.”

“My car was hit by someone and they drove off and left my car written off. The team at quote me happy have been fantastic, they have sorted this issue for me, arranged collection of my car and a cheque was sent to the value of my car very quickly and everything has been communicated well. This was a horrible incident to have happened to me a few weeks before Christmas, but the quote me happy team made it much easier for me, would highly recommend to anyone seeking car insurance!”

“My car was written off earlier this year and they were incredibly helpful and efficient. The claim was settled and paid out within 2 weeks. No hassle, no fuss. You save money with the fact that they are an online only insurer but the app is easy to use and you can update details where needed but when you need them their claims department are available by phone. I cannot fault their service.”

“Had been with Quote me Happy 5 years. A bit daunting at first as it was an on line thing but no need to be. An easy website to understand, alas there's no loyalty with insurance companies these days and sadly got a cheaper quote elsewhere with this years renewal. Will definitely be returning for another quote next renewal though.”

“Would not even give 1 if I didn't have to! Accident on Tues PM phoned and reported to be told we would get car collected tomorrow and courtesy at the same time. They never phoned and it didn't happen. Today stayed in all afternoon for my a slot to be told they were running late and no courtesy car for us. Now been told it will be tomorrow morning. How can it be 2 days post accident and still car not collected and no courtesy car, missing work staying in. No communication- just awful.”

“I have needed a chip on the windscreen fixed, and had a minor accident which required both cars involved to be fixed. Each was dealt with in one simple phone call. Very easy to sort. Recommended repair service was fine too.”
