“overall I think it was good experience , first time i did on line and feel confident with all the informations, more happy to have cheap Insurance , make you feel good. Only one thing i will suggest when the customer got the insurance with you on line at least one time someone from customer services should contact the customer and make sure the customer got everything what he need, it is just a courtsey and politeness. Direct communication with the customer has his own impact, the customer feel they are valuable. just a thought!!!!!”

“I am a pensioner and not very good on a computer but I found Quote me happy online and followed their instructions which were easy to follow, I dont type very quickly so it probably took me longer than most but even so it only took me about 20 to 30 mins to complete and my documents came through quite quickly after that”

“Annoying that I had to pay for an accident that was not my fault, even more frustrated was when Carpenters kept telling me different information and the fact that I am still waiting for my money 3 months on. Would also have been nice if both companies kept me more up to date with information as I always had to chase them.”
