“I currently have both car and home insurance with this firm .I would rate them highly on customer service for reasons I won,t expand on.But I can comment that they were willing to be flexible in a way that other firms probably would not be.I would reccomended them to friends and family.”

“I had a boiler breakdown Christmas week of 2014. I called the claims line, explained my predicament, and within 2 hours they had sent a British Gas engineer, who sought the part needed, and within another hour it was fixed. Brilliant service all round.”

“I have now renewed my policy with Sheila's Wheels for several years. Normally I would shop around, but I am pleased with the cover they provide which is geared towards women. I do still check prices and I have in any case found their price competitive. I have stayed with them for their outstanding customer service. Everything is clearly explained and they give the options for add ons which are appealing to me. When I had an accident a couple of years back, for which I was not at fault, they handled my claim very well. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
