“Had a driver hit me from behind leaving my car a write off. Rachel handled initial call with compassion. Constant contact regarding at fault driver and status of car. When telephoned to add replacement vehicle to policy it was dealt with by Billy who made the process as easy as possible. Fantastic service all round, just hope i don't get stung at time of renewal :)”

“The Policy came with an Emergency Home cover which I believe was an extra offered by Sheila's wheels. I did ask for assistance in making the property secure when one of the electronically operated velux windows jammed open out of hours and they immediately organised for a window engineer to come to sort out security.”
