“You only appreciate how good or bad your car insurance company is when you need to make a claim. I made the first one, a "not at fault" claim in 30 years. Sheila's wheel staff were helpful, clear and quick to supply an approved repairer who did the work efficiently and effectively and my car was back the road within 2 days of the work being commenced. First class service!”

“Had my car stolen off my drive. After initial delay of 24 hrs to make my formal claim over the phone and go through the fraud checks, I was pleased with the efficiency and level of customer service I received from Sheila`s Wheels. A fair and favourable valuation of my lost car , nice people to deal with, and speedy resolution of payment. Would be nice if payments could be by electronic rather than an old fashioned cheque - but now I`m being picky. An insurance co can really only be measured by how good they are when you have a claim, and in this case, Sheila`s Wheels were great. I will recommend!”

“I've found Sheila's Wheels easy to deal with and efficient. We were driven into the back of and called them to discuss possibly claiming. The call was answered quickly and the advisor was helpful. No complaints so far.”
