“Sheilas' Wheels were top of the list when I was looking for car insurance last year and I went with them for both of my vehicles. This year, for like for like cover, they were a few hundred pounds more than the quotes I was getting so I have moved away. Despite calling them, they could not get anywhere near what I was being quoted elsewhere. It is about time all companies tried to retain their customers not just give cheaper quotes to new customers, it doesn't make any sense to me.”

“My son jumped on my sofa and accidently snapped the wood underneath. They told me it was wear and tear, even though they hadn't asked for any extra information, and the claim was closed. I have accidental damage on my policy. After I complained they said they would send a company out but I would lose my no claims even if they still claimed it was wear and tear. What a waste of money. Its not the price of the policy it's the service you get when you need them. I wouldn't use them again.”

“Fast set-up where I was able to get my policy at a great price. With Sheila's Wheels had a great online set-up where the user journey through the product was easy to navigate. I had to make a claim because of an accident, and the support team were very good and responded in a timely manner. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend Sheila's Wheels car insurance.”
