“Dealing with Surething has been the most stressful experience. Please avoid them! I have experienced nothing but hassle when the underwriter of Surething went into liquidasation in Dec 2016, I lost the remainder of my 8 months policy and with it all the of £1350 which I paid upfront for. I claimed some of it back through my credit card company and now they keep ringing me telling me I owe them money and have done nothing to help me. Even though all I have been is put through stress and I am the one who lost my policy. They are the most insensitive insurance broker I have ever been with. Please avoid!!!!!! Don't trust them with your money as they did nothing to compensate me! Ever!!!”

This is not the kind of service we aim to offer to any customer, especially one who was involved in a claim prior to your underwriter being placed into liquidation towards the end of November 2016. “Ridiculous renewal premium. My first year premium was £300, next year automatic renewal they quoted to £900! Without any reason, no claims - nothing. When I opted out they sent me another offer of £700, no thank you!”

I acknowledge none of your information may have altered since joining but unfortunately your insurer may have changed the way they have assessed your details. “Being an older driver, I prefer to shop around for my insurances, and I want everything laid out in simplistic terms without any add on hidden charges or agendas. This is why I chose Sure thing, and guess what, no pressure, great competitive rates, easy website to navigate, and superb team.”

“Reduced the cost of my car insurance for this year about £60 . As a result the company which underwrites the policy is the same as last year , and the added bonus is that by going through compare the market web site I get meerkat movies for a year which is worth between about £100 to £150 depending how many visits my wife and I go to the cinema which averages about twice a month. So well satisfied”
