“Recently had my motorcycle stolen from my drive. Zenith are now implementing a clause that I was not aware of, was not informed of, and isn't on the insurance documents where if the bike was not in the garage and is within 500 metres of the house I can't claim.

We service is on point. English based centre so easy to talk to & always so happy to help. From little things like changing address to changing a car, I don't think I e ever had to pay an admin fee.
They go to all lengths to help and call back when they say they will!
I even had a minor accident (non-loss) and they handled it quick & efficiently.
I will miss them! I'm only leaving because unfortunately my premium increased. I would have stayed if it wasn't a huge difference but another company offered something they couldn't match. It makes me sad.

“I am absolutely disgusted with Zenith. My daughter was put on my insurance to drive my motorbike. She had parked in front of her house before going off to work. It was chained with a lock. Shortly after parking it was stolen by some youths, taken into a back lane near by & completely wrecked. It was reported to the police. This was in 2014 & to this day they have never paid out the £500 less excess, so I could not buy another bike. All they offered me was £10 for the period remaining & to cancel my insurance. I would never recommend Zenith to anyone.”

“I had a small accident in my car, Zenith wrote to me shortly afterwards to say they had cancelled my insurance yet have not given a reason for this. It appears they are happy to take my money but when an issue actually arises they just want to throw me out and not refund me any of the amount I paid.
How they can call themselves an insurance company I am not sure! An absolute joke and I would recommend never using them.”

“I moved and was refused insurance at my new address. Asked for a breakdown of my refund and was only provided with one figure which was i already aware of. They also tried to charge me for cancelling the policy when they had cancelled it. I had to ask to speak to managers numerous times. I wouldn't insure anything with them again. I'm still waiting for a breakdown of how they worked out my refund. This was 8 months ago. Utterly ridiculous!”
