Hello everybody Today i want to share with everyone my experience in buying from website "gearbest" and i will be clear and honest: In the first "gearbest" sells everything ( apparel computer & office electrical & tools watches & jewelry ...) Second all the product that i buy have a good quality Thirdly they have a good support, they will answer you on your probleme in 24 hours. Fourthly the speed of shipement. Finally all what i want in buying from internet i found it in "gearbest"

I ordered an item and waited for delivery for over two months as adviced by their "customer support", Upon passing the 2 months mark I contacted them to ask for a refund and was only offered a "Partial refund", The order cost me £13.49 and they only offered me 8.7 USD that equates to £6.80.... Do not trust them... don't make my mistake Also they have struck my other review on another review site so that I cant impact on other customers... well I intend to continue

A very unreliable company with no customer care. Don’t order from them unless you want to wait long time and the item not arrive. Cheapest is not always the "best" Gearbest customer support kept me waiting 3 months before I could claim a refund and then only offered to put half the amount into a credit account when buying from them again, this was because I did not purchase extra shipping insurance !!!! If you want to avoid a huge disappointment and a total dissatisfaction don’t deal with Gearbest...... Try eBay or Amazon instead with good buyer protection. Never again will I buy from them or recommend anyone else to deal with them.

Should be called GearWorst. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Check the Better Business Bureau website, F grade. All of the glowing reviews you read are written by paid scammers. They don't have any stock, and they don't know when they will get any. They just take your money and then string you along for weeks at a time, with customer service telling you the product will ship soon. One item I ordered from them that actually did arrive came in a box that looked like it had been fished out of a dumpster. Company run by scammers. If the deal is to good to be true, it is. Avoid this company at all costs!

Worst purchase experience ever! I ordered an electric scooter the 30th of November for which I paid £444.67, the website didn't advice how long it would take to get it delivered. It was after purchasing that I learned it would take 15 to 25 days. After waiting 25 days I contacted them and they now gave me a 42 to 45 business days estimate! That's roughly 2.5 months! After a 5 weeks wait I've now asked for a refund but they are simply ignore me.

GEARBEST - The worst experience!!! the worst experience and customer service i have ever had. Ordered for a birthday present allowing for at least three weeks prior to when i needed the items and also paid £15.88 for fast delivery promising 5-10 working days. I was only informed after the ten days almost ended that my item was out of stock and only because i emailed them. I explained that on the webpage while i was purchasing the item it was showing clearly that it is in stock - why would i otherwise chose this and pay for 5-10 days. their answer was that they did not anticipated how fast it would sale!!! it has been 25 days now and i am still battling to get even an answer as to when my items will arrive to them so they can dispatch it. They have not even offered to refund me for the £15.88 fast delivery which of course i never got. I am actually worried that this site is a scum and that may be i need to seek legal advice! Very disappointing and now i will proceed to Consumers Protection federation.

This has to be the worst site online.They are nothing but scammers.Sales are all fake.If they price is a good deal you click it and go to cart to see the price raises to an outragious amount.Nobody gets the deals tere.Just scammers wanting your money.You can buy the same products cheaper and actually get them on other sites.NEVER DEAL WITH GEARBEST

Firstly When you are considering spending money with gear best you can speak with a live chat agent in an instant.. Once gear best has your money, if a problem arises with your order then you can not speak to anyone what so ever! You are told to leave a ticket message and wait for a response and gear best can choose to NEVER respond to that ticket, which is precisely what they are currently doing to me. I made an order of a laptop four months ago costing almost £2000 which is a considerable amount of money to me. The laptop had still not arrived after the 3 month delivery window had passed. When I contacted them they sent me what they are saying is proof of delivery which is just a scribble that does not resemble my or any name. One agent told me the postman must have stole my order and that's not there fault. Another agent told me I should make a claim with the courier, but I have looked into this and by law I have no contract with the courier, only with the retailer. Consumers are advised to only contact the retailer as they have no contract with the courier. The couriers contract is with the retailer, not myself. By law I am entitled to a refund from the retailer. Unfortunately, now that they have established that the proof of delivery they have is not valid they are ignoring me. For over a month now, gear best has given me nothing other than lies, excuses, stalling tactics, agents even mocking me for being upset. When your tickets are not responded to you have no choice but to speak to the pre-sales team via live chat and beg them to help you which will drive you insane as they will lie to you repeatedly and mock you for being upset for hours. You can explain to them all day long that your tickets are never responded to and that the ticket system is simply not a viable option... all they will ever to tell you to do is wait 24 hours for your ticket to be responded to, one single second after you tell them you have already waited 5 days and had no response. After I was promised by a customer support member named (Zhang) that they would definitely get back to me to resolve my issue and they never did, I asked one live chat agent why this is, who responded by saying they just spoke with Zhang' and they said Zhang' would get back to me within a few hours (which Zhang did not) Then when I asked a different agent why Zhang had not contacted me later as promised this other agent told me that Zhang' was on holiday. NOTHING BUT LIES ONE AFTER ANOTHER IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH GEAR BEST THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL END UP YOUR TICKETS WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TO LIVE CHAT AGENTS WILL LIE TO YOU AND MOCK YOU YOU WILL GET NO HELP AT ALL, THEY WILL ACTIVELY TRY TO DRIVE YOU ROUND THE BEND SO YOU WILL GIVE UP. WHEN YOU PROVE TO GEAR BEST THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ENTITLED TO A REFUND THEY WILL THEN REFUSE TO RESPOND TO YOU IN AN ATTEMPT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR AN ORDER YOU DID NOT RECEIVE I would like to take legal action against gear best. I have asked gear best to provide me with the details of there financial ombudsman and any alternative schemes they are a part of so I can try to retrieve the money this way but they refuse to provide this information. Legally, I have to try this route first before I can sue gear best, but gear best will not give me these details which is highly illegal. GEAR BEST IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM GEAR BEST UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SETTING FIRE TO YOUR MONEY WILL AT LEAST PROVIDE YOU WITH A PRETTY FLAME SPENDING IT WITH GEAR BEST WILL GET YOU NOTHING

I have ordered a Xiaomi Mi 6 from GearBest (syhl store) at the prize of £272 and after I paid £7.22 for the fast delivery I received a text from dhl to pay £63.00 and I got an empty box after more than 10 days. I send a message to gb and now waiting for them to reply. This is just the beginning .......will see what they will do to fix the issue.

Ordered a watch. After 2 months had not arrived, told to check post office. I did . Then they said they would discount next one . NO ..... They will not Evan show proof of postage which leads me to believe it was never sent .

I ordered this on 16 October, finally it arrived 14 December - 8 weeks - and it doesn't work! the Android app did once show the drone camera (so I succeeded in making the connection) but the drone does not respond to any motor commands at all So I asked "please advise how you can fix this terrible experience".. I made a video as asked but they only allow 10mb upload so it can only be a few seconds long - so I extracted the relevant pictures and explained all that I had done - a video showing flashing lights, a wifi link and no other response via the app would not tell you any more! "Alice" doesn't try to solve the problem, just raises barriers to resolution

Avoid these Chinese sellers! They don't give options when there's a problem, hard to communicate with, they don't offer refund! Very poor customer service. They send me a wrong pair of shoes, then they reply to my concern by telling me to keep items and they will refund me $5 out of £35 I spent on them. Don't get caught in their cheap prices, items very low quality and no refund. A very unpleasant experience that I do not wish to anyone

Do not buy from this company. I am in a legal battle now to get nearly £100 taken from my bank account and PayPal illegally, customer service are denying it. Dreadful people, stay away.

Ok, so this is my experience buynig in GearBest.com. In general I'm so satisfied with the aftermarket service. I did many orders from this shop. All my parcel were well packed, and delivered fast. Quality of all I bought were very good. Also the customer service is great. I didn’t receive my product and I contacted with them after the stipulated shipping time explaining the situation. They were very nice and support me. Also they refunded my money to my Paypal account. My first order was a pair of spinners (they didn’t arrived) but I got a refund. Second I purchased a headphones, they are very good and the sound is great. Also I purchased a pair of upgrade cables for my headphones that converts into bluethooth headphones. I’m still waiting for a TV Box so I’ll contact whith they soon.

I bought an item from this company,nearly 2 weeks now,I haven’t received the item yet. No option to cancel or claim money back.contact via chat,expect delivery 30 days.that is too long,Gearbest.uk,i thought this company is in uk,but they are in China.
