Order 8 items, Gearbest split them in to separate shipments, but in fact they was split in 3 shipments. But the application only shows 2 shipments. after 3 months recived only 2 items from the shippents. I have whit them 6 conversation and every time I need to start over and explain the problem. English is not my native language.

Gearbest is making fun of us, they refund my money without my permission, while I was waiting for my product. Even my friends have faced the same issue with this website, and they left. Now they are using the other websites because they are respecting the clients more than here. Gearbest said that the discounts were only a mistake (seriously? hahaha) how poor is your website (the true reason is that they are not serious because I met this problem many times) Also, Gearbest is selling sold out products. they don't update their inventory, their only purpose is making sales (even if the products is sold out already, because they want to increase the statistics with this manner) bye bye gear best, I will inform my friends and my thousands of followers about you. And finally, your products are very expensive is we compare them with the other FAMOUS platforms of China.

I ordered several things from Gearbest - it was a bad experience. They arrived OK (after about 10 days) Without exception each of the products had a problem. Mostly due to incorrect size (they think 36" chest is XXL). I first asked for an exchange, but to do this I had to return the original. This was a problem because the post office wouldn't accept the return address (as it didn't exist). Finally I managed to get the parcel returned and they provided me with another jacket - also too small. This time I asked for a refund. Going through the same problem as last time with the returns, I managed to send the parcel and they received it 31/12/18. That was the last I heard from them. No product. No refund. No use. Avoid.

I recommend gearbest.com I have been buying from them for several years and I am satisfied with the quality of their products. Fast shipping and very good contact with the service. RECOMMEND

I ordered a phone last year which never arrived due to a transporter error. Despite having paid the full insurance covereing this kind of issue, Gearbest refuses to reimburse me. Their client support is terrible, I sent them dozens of messages but they never did anything to help me. Three month later and I think I will never see my phone or my money back. Do not order from them, this is the worst service I ever experienced!

Gearbest are conmen, I have purchased a Xiaomi electric scooter on 8 November with a delivery date before Christmas. It only arrived in January, it was not as described and it didn’t work. They accepted to take it back after I contacted my credit card company and sent them a video of the product vs what was advertised, the credit card company ruled in my favour so gearbest agreed to take the scooter back and offered to refund me for my shipping fees which they never did (claimed they sent it to the wrong paypal account and that is this is somehow my fault and I need to sort it with paypal) i’m taking them to the trading standard committee and will hopefully have their UK website closed soon so they stop conning people. But meanwhile I hope no one else has to go through the hours of useless chats with their agents, banks, paypal and a missed Christmas gift.

Company deliberately delays communicating with you so they can claim they 'do everything to help' but realistically just waste your time until they can say "This purchase was made too long ago" and throw you partial refunds to try and shut you up and so they can again claim they 'resolved the issue'. Never received several items from them and was told that it was my responsibility to check all the local post offices.

This companies customer service is a joke. I ordered a smart watch from them in December 2018 and paid for expedited shipping and insurance. I was told it was dispatched and I would get it within 5 working days. When I checked the tracking I noticed that it did not arrive at the DHL depot at all so started to worry. After contacting them I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks to see if it arrived. After this time I contacted them and asked for them to send another one or refund me and was told to wait 31 days in case it turned up. After this time it still hadn't arrived so I asked for a replacement for them to say it was out of stock. So I asked for a refund and was told I would have it in 48 hrs. This still never happened so I opened a case with PayPal and after another couple of weeks I got my refund My advice if you want to deal with this company is use a protected method of payment such as PayPal as they will lie and do anything they can to avoid giving you your money back. I will never buy anything from Gearbest

I bought a phone on gearbest in November 2018. I also bought insurance just to be on the safe side. Its been 3 months, I haven't received the phone as it got lost during delivery,and according to the insurance they were supposed to resend the item to me, but it wasn't in stock. i told them i am willing to wait till it comes back in stock, so now the website suddenly stopped selling the phone (product discontinued) and they will have no stock in the future. So here's what happened in 3 months time : I ordered the phone on the 27th of November, the delivery itself started out on the 8th of December, 10 days after i had placed the order. on the 27th of December i learnt that the order is at my local post office so i went there to collect it, but its wasn't there. i informed gearbest immediately, but they kept insisting that i wait as sometimes orders are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. finally after much badgering they told me to wait till the 9th of February as the delivery date would expire and they could resend the order only after that. I patiently wait till the 9th and i message them again. but now they stopped replying to my messages. after trying to contact them through every possible channel they reply back after a week and give me their implausible "out of stock" and the "product discontinued" story. so their offer right now to me is to return the initial payment minus the insurance money. and i have serious doubts about them returning the payment too. the company seems to be depicting dodgy behaviour. i don't think they have any intention to resend lost items (as they claim so boldly) even after you buy insurance, and at one point i was even doubtful they ever sent me my order in the first place. buying from this company is a big gamble, not only did i not receive my order, i made full payment and took on 3 months of headache only to be left with nothing but a very unpleasant experience. this website should come with a warning, 'deal with us at your own risk'. p.s. I bought a oneplus phone, and their website is still selling that phone, but according to them its out of stock.

Terrible company. Dont buy, i will never use again. Ordered an electric scooter in 15 Nov 2018. Delivery was supposed to take 35 business days - max. It's now 8 February and I'm still waiting. Has been 'cleared' at cusoms (notwithstanding it's a month late - for 10 days) In summary, if you buy from them, expECT your goods to turn up battered (according to other reviews) and most probably vintage by the time it gets to you! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pay the extra £30 to get it from a reputable retailer! Order at your own peril.

Hello everybody Today i want to share with everyone my experience in buying from website "gearbest" and i will be clear and honest: In the first "gearbest" sells everything ( apparel computer & office electrical & tools watches & jewelry ...) Second all the product that i buy have a good quality Thirdly they have a good support, they will answer you on your probleme in 24 hours. Fourthly the speed of shipement. Finally all what i want in buying from internet i found it in "gearbest"

I ordered an item and waited for delivery for over two months as adviced by their "customer support", Upon passing the 2 months mark I contacted them to ask for a refund and was only offered a "Partial refund", The order cost me £13.49 and they only offered me 8.7 USD that equates to £6.80.... Do not trust them... don't make my mistake Also they have struck my other review on another review site so that I cant impact on other customers... well I intend to continue

A very unreliable company with no customer care. Don’t order from them unless you want to wait long time and the item not arrive. Cheapest is not always the "best" Gearbest customer support kept me waiting 3 months before I could claim a refund and then only offered to put half the amount into a credit account when buying from them again, this was because I did not purchase extra shipping insurance !!!! If you want to avoid a huge disappointment and a total dissatisfaction don’t deal with Gearbest...... Try eBay or Amazon instead with good buyer protection. Never again will I buy from them or recommend anyone else to deal with them.

Should be called GearWorst. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Check the Better Business Bureau website, F grade. All of the glowing reviews you read are written by paid scammers. They don't have any stock, and they don't know when they will get any. They just take your money and then string you along for weeks at a time, with customer service telling you the product will ship soon. One item I ordered from them that actually did arrive came in a box that looked like it had been fished out of a dumpster. Company run by scammers. If the deal is to good to be true, it is. Avoid this company at all costs!

Worst purchase experience ever! I ordered an electric scooter the 30th of November for which I paid £444.67, the website didn't advice how long it would take to get it delivered. It was after purchasing that I learned it would take 15 to 25 days. After waiting 25 days I contacted them and they now gave me a 42 to 45 business days estimate! That's roughly 2.5 months! After a 5 weeks wait I've now asked for a refund but they are simply ignore me.

GEARBEST - The worst experience!!! the worst experience and customer service i have ever had. Ordered for a birthday present allowing for at least three weeks prior to when i needed the items and also paid £15.88 for fast delivery promising 5-10 working days. I was only informed after the ten days almost ended that my item was out of stock and only because i emailed them. I explained that on the webpage while i was purchasing the item it was showing clearly that it is in stock - why would i otherwise chose this and pay for 5-10 days. their answer was that they did not anticipated how fast it would sale!!! it has been 25 days now and i am still battling to get even an answer as to when my items will arrive to them so they can dispatch it. They have not even offered to refund me for the £15.88 fast delivery which of course i never got. I am actually worried that this site is a scum and that may be i need to seek legal advice! Very disappointing and now i will proceed to Consumers Protection federation.

This has to be the worst site online.They are nothing but scammers.Sales are all fake.If they price is a good deal you click it and go to cart to see the price raises to an outragious amount.Nobody gets the deals tere.Just scammers wanting your money.You can buy the same products cheaper and actually get them on other sites.NEVER DEAL WITH GEARBEST
