I wouldn’t even give you 1 star still haven’t received goods. If you spent less time sending upto 5 emails a day for goods people haven’t received and more time on getting the goods to the customer you might have better reviews. I would like a full refund as is still haven’t received the goods my order was shipped in the 18/11/21 and it’s still not here 29/11

- have purchased a wireless mouse, that has to be charged before it can be used and there is no way that I can get it to charge I have tried charging it overnight, in all three switch positions it looks like it is destined for the bin

Product is fake and substandard. Battery last only 2 hours. Gotten rid of it

Ordered and paid for a 2m charger cable. I was sent a 1m cable. Im not paying more again to send it back, ill buy one elsewhere.

Gear Geek is one of those businesses that pesters you to review them, when all you did was a simple internet purchase of a small piece of tech equipment. Then when you ignore their email, they pile in again and again demanding a review. So here it is. Sufficient reason to look elsewhere next time.

I was very pleased at how quick the EarPods came but when I tried to connect them to the phone they didn’t work. I have tried to send them back but have not been able to yet because the company will not answer the phone. I have also emailed them on a number of occasions I will never get anything from them again

I Ordered a set of ear pods and they didn’t turn up. I Notified gear geek and they said they had resent but then it didn’t turn up again. I Ended up ordering from another company instead. Made me question if geargeek is a legitimate company?

I’ve used you guys before,these were the 4th and 5th of the same speakers I’ve purchased off of you guys. It’s a very decent Bluetooth speaker for work as I never listen to the radio. One of the latest products you sent me though has a kind of its own. It cuts in and out,and just stops working. The other one works fine atm. Just a shame as I thought both of these speakers woukd have kept me going for at least a year, yet I’m already on the second. Absolutely no issue with your staff,always been friendly,and the items get to me safely in very good time

Delivery took 2 weeks after order was made headphones ordered are available elsewhere for less than £5 so Gear Geek ripping people off charging £24 plus for these.

The head phones are not what I ordered, they are too big for my ears and to make it worse do not work. They connect for two seconds then say power off. I have tried charging them but still the same thing

Earphones I bought were available for £5.99 on a different site. I can't remember which one but i left a review on trust pilot if anyone wants to find out which one mentioning the other site. This company charged £24.99 for them....

I paid for 1-2 day delivery as I needed my order before I was going away. The package arrived 4 days later and therefore I was unable to use the product whilst I was in holiday. I found this very frustrating as the reason I bought the product and paid the express delivery was because I needed it for my holiday.
