Hi got my watch but it was delivered in box with cracked screen was really upset about it. Haven’t had time to get back to gear geek to see if they can do anything. But had a loss in the family due to covid.

I have had them for no longer then a month and a half and they have already stopped working correctly so they’re not worth the money

I bought a pair of headphone from this company which do not pair with my phone or watch. After many ignored attempts to email them to sort this issue I still have not had a single reply.

I RECIEVED MY NEW EARPHONES A SHORT WHILE AGO, TODAY ONE FELL OUT OF MY EAR ONTO THE GARDEN PATH AND IT CAME APART, IT NO LONGER WORKS

Didn't match up with my phone (said it was illegal), miscounted my steps. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The attachment I bought for my iPad, C to Jack, and charger simultaneously, did not work. I have since bought a C to Jack attachment from Apple and this works, so there is nothing wrong with the iPad function. It would seem the generic item I purchased from Gear Geek is not compatible with Apple products.

When I first used the ear pods I was thrilled but after 3 months of very light use; a couple of hours three or four times a week they are not holding their charge and the one ear pod which charges to 50% max is seems to be playing a different audio to the visual I am looking at. I hate them with a vengeance so do NOT buy

Sadly the digital hdtv antenna indoor aerial didn’t work at all. I tried and tried for god knows how long,in different positions,angles and didn’t receive one single channel. I had to have an outdoor aerial installed instead for £165 I had high hopes,but sadly it didn’t work for me

I have had my earphones around two weeks and they do not hold their charge ! Had them charging most of the day put them in turned them on and after 5 mins “ please charge “ happened several times now . Save your money and buy the real thing . I have tried live call to get hold of you and nothing .

The customer service is ok. But the product ( the airpods ) looks like are brought from China, poor quality. It doesn't even last me 2 hours. Really disappointed.

Only been using for about a week and the left ear bud keeps powering down after a very short time, also brought my daughter a pair previously for her birthday about a month previous and the left ear bud seems to have stopped working altogether 😠 not happy!
