i bought the phone case for s7edge it was just 56p not alot but the case was battered in his packaging i opened it look at it and through it in the bin disappointed

I didn’t receive my order I tried using the track my order but it said delivered i still haven’t got it and I’m worried that I won’t get it before Xmas as was for a gift

It's nearly 3 weeks since I placed my 1st order with Gear geek and I am yet to receive the purchased item. Despite a 2 week delay, when I requested re-delivery, instead of sending it via 1st Class, they chose standard 3 working days delivery. Not impressed.

Hi Khalid, Thank you for your review. I have checked all your information and i can see on the tracking your first order was ' refused' and returned to sender. We then sent out a replacement order free of charge on a 1-2 working day delivery at no additional cost. The postal service is extremely busy at the moment as royal mail are only just starting to recover from the pandemic and December is their busiest season which may cause some slight delays. no use whatsoever had an outside aerial put in instead, apparantly these things only work if you live close to the transmitter.
