Awful, ordered earpod pro on 28th April, not arrived, tracking number does not exisit, no response to online webchat or email, always states there is not a memeber of the team to answer calls. My 12yr old daughter wanted to buy Apple pods, we discouraged and after looking she chose this and gave me £40 of her own money so I could pay by card, guaranteed fast delivery and dispatch. Ordered on the 3rd May, confirmation on the 4th with royal mail tracking order, that does not show as a valid number on the RM website, RM say not valid. Wish I had not bothered and will be seeking consumer legal advice.

order no. 209741 Please do not use, horrific response to a product ordered on the 3rd May for my daughters 12th birthday - product geargeek pro earpods - we discouraged her from using all her money on apple pods - after searching we chose these, she gave me £40 of her own money so I ordered, confirmation next day with royal mail tracking dispatch number that royal mail say is not a genuine tracking number, telephoned continuously there are never any agents available, I have emailed and used webchat given my email and contact number - no response. No product received and devestated 12 year old. Do not believe the reviews - awful - will be starting consumer action.

Ordered Genuine Samsung 7 charger cable. Can't say whether it was genuine or not, I have my doubts, because it literally fell to bits within the first few days. Got in touch with Gear Geek to ask for a replacement. Had to fill in a form with all the information and a photo and wait for authorisation. I had a new one within the week. However it was the wrong cable!! Emailed them and asked for the correct replacement. I was asked to fill in forms etc again. I give up its not worth my time. But hopefully by writing this I will save YOU time!!

The converter I purchased didn't work for some reason. it was to play my iPhone through my Bose docking station. All plugged in fine but didn't work
