I received AirPods from your website 2 weeks ago and one of the AirPods doesn’t charge anymore and I tried going on YouTube and seeing what it could be and I’ve tried all of tips on there and it still isn’t working so I would like a refund

Hi Ionut, I have checked your account and i can see that when you entered your address at the checkout you missed your house number from your address. As a result of this your item has been returned back to Gear Geek. If you check your tracking information you will see this has been delivered back to us today. Product is fine. But that's not the point. These are I7s headphones. Wish.com sells the EXACT same product for £1 - ONE POUND! Totally ripped off

Hi Vere, Please ensure you have connected a power source to your AV adapter aswell as the HDMI cable, This port is located on the device at the side of the HDMI port & resembles an iPhone 5/6 charging cable, this then needs to be plugged in to a plug socket. Also, it is perfectly normal for you to see a barcode on your screen. If you should see this please refer back to your device and click 'Trust this device'. The delivery was quick the product was rubbish.The 2nd time i have ordered the ipod earphones.After 12 days the sound went in one ear.Both times have broke.Only £5.99 but they are cheap and nasty.Wont waste money again.you pay for what you get.Stick with apple

The earphones that I ordered were appalling. Whilst using them on a phone call they would make high pitched screeching noises on the other end of the call. And within a week of having them, one earphone stopped working, and so did the microphone. Not impressed at all
