I ordered 2 earphones only got 1, called customer service I was told that they would send another , never got it. Called customer service again and was told that I should send a picture of the package. Told the lady why was I never told this in the first time I called , now obviously I don't have the package anymore. Told to sent an email for investigation, please the earphones cost £5, don't have time to be chasing no need to lie for something that is so cheap just wanted what I paid for, simple. Never ordering again nothing from it, keep the money looks like you need more than me.

I had high hopes for the product but unfortunately my headphones didn’t work at all. One ear has never produced sound whilst the other only connects some of the time.

Cover did not fit my phone came off within a day. Did not receive next day delivery either. Would not recommend

Cheap copy, didn’t work or do the job required, will now have to purchase another Apple original which I should of done in the first place!

Very basic, the screen doesn't stay lit long so during exercise it's not great. Its hard to see the screen when you are out running i struggle to see it with the reflection of daylight. Doesn't link to strava, doesn't measure speed of running. If you just want a calorie burn counter it's ok, as for the rest I would spend the extra money and get a better product

I purchased a full set of ink cartridges for my HP printer. Although in the past I had no problem, this time I simply could not get any printing done at all, as well as one of the cartridge leaking very badly. I tried several time to call the Leeds number, but either the telephone was immediately disconnected or I was simply put on hold for ages without anyone answering. I decided to purchase a full set of genuine HP cartridges to get my printing do and ths is what I will do in future.
