“The south Sea pearls look humungous because of clever camera angles. The shiny gold is in real life matt looking. Destello is expensive plastic. The silver is not hypoallergenic. The presenters are charlatans, pretending to be your best friend to get you to part with money. More gushing than a broken sewer pipe. I thought that tanzanite was in short supply according to them and was urging us to buy before it ran out yet it's on every day. If it's that rare why is it so cheap. I bet they all sit there at meetings, laughing at how much money they have conned out of the viewers.”

“Recently purchased Magma Auras Perfume Set there was no tester just a card which barely had a sniff of the perfume. I did like what I did get off the card so opened the set. Really great smell although nothing out of the ordinary and as for resembling Tom Ford Black Orchid do not think so also far too floral to be classed as Unisex. The problem is silage or complete lack of it - after 10 mins gone - someone else tried it and 10 mins gone. I have completely wasted £30 on this weak, insipid EDP - I have bought perfumes less than £10 elsewhere and they actually last until you shower them off!! I did complain to Customer Services and also said it had now gone down to £20 (still too high) but she just apologised and and said there was nothing they could do and sorry I did not like the perfume!!! Another person who does not read emails - I did like the perfume it just had no silage. I even thought perhaps it was faulty or a "bad" batch but others have said the same there is nil silage. I have been a customer for many years and not even a gesture of goodwill - will purchase elsewhere from now they should not be selling perfumes or scents that do not last.”

“Stay far far away from this website. I ordered a ring and it looked nothing like what it did online so I returned it and after two months of not getting a refund (when Gemporia had already confirmed they had received my return), I disputed it with my bank. A month later, Gemporia sends me an email that they have credited that money to my customer account... not my bank account. Even though their return policy says you will receive a "full refund." A full refund is not a credit on the account that I will never use again. And now that I have received this email, I went to login to my Gemporia account and it keeps saying "Error" like they're not letting me back in because of all of this. I reset my password and it still won't allow me in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!”

“This company used to be good about 10 years ago. It's now just cheap tat !!! I've purchased numerous items over the years only to now find out that they are not even worth what I paid. Nasty diamonds I3 is not valuable and as for other rare stones.....chipped scratched and very included. Don't waste your hard earned money. Presenters that were good have now all left.....wonder why? Annoying and so far up themselves now Wanted to close my account but customer service say I have to write in to close account so have just suspended it......do they honestly think I'll want to order anything else from this rip off merchant. As for homeware visage and destello.....awful rubbish from China. Please save up and buy from a reputable jeweller. You have been warned 🤔”

“Before you buy anything off gemporia, don't look at the description on screen or listen to the presenters,,,,, on screen, look at every gemstone on the Web it will tell you included or heavily included they have to witch makes the gems werthless low grade like the Jade only to find out if was nepharite cheep,, but keeps it away from live TV,,, most of the gems are werthless it's just gold value also over stated like the silver, one presenter H,,, states silver 10 pnd a gram rubbish”

“I've purchased vit c, hylaronic acid retinol also the glow tone, kati states on every launch they are not sticky,,, Not true they are expecially the retinol,but I had to try them because they are so wonderful,,, The only cream that will help with pigmentation fine lines wrinkles but not deep lines is vitamin A!!,also good for deep poors and clogged poores you can buy it in most countries for as little as 4 pnd Diffrent strengths, unfortunately in the uk you can only get it on prescription or going to a dermatologist,, pls look at groups on f book, Retinol or vitamin A,, the price increase she states at 27.99 is reduculas reachetch it you can also get it with the all day chemist I think based on India, ladies look out for each other good luck,,,, :)”

“Bad experience, kidding I returned two visage blushers nothing like the colours shown on TV, one was a orange colour, had not used them, only took the cellophane covers off, was sent straight back to me, the packaging was awful, and no refund, never again”

“Slow to react with issues but will continue to take money out of your account. Not ensuring that you will get any money back. "My word against theirs" "no need to file a police report." Had to cancel my card. Sad because i really wantwd to be a customer. I had multiple issues still no answer. Ha. I owe u and u owe me. We even.”

“Tried to contact Gemporia to find out where they are sourcing their fashion Destello and Visage makeup. Want to avoid China!! No answer on their Facebook pages either. I conclude that they are sourcing all these products from China.I will not shop here again”

“GEM AURAS EXTRA LARGE 4 WICK AUTUMN CANDLE WITH TIGER'S EYE GEMSTONES ATGW 80CTS Paid £49 for this item thought I would treat myself lit it after Christmas for the first time smelt like petrol/diesel reported it to customer ice told to return it guy phoned and said he lit it and it smelt ok so he was sending it back. Still waiting for something that won’t be used WASTE OF MONEY AND £10 WORSE OFF IN POSTAGE COST”

“Bought a box of Gem Auras perfume.Believed the presenters hype….what a disappointment.ALL the perfumes, the scent did not last 10mins. To say in the sales pitch that Jainey uses the same perfume ingredients as top end brands is blatantly untrue. Avoid, save up and buy the best!!!!!!”

“Temporising you have the worst returns I’ve ever witnessed, you need to get your act together. Extremely long time before you get confirmation back to say they have received it, then another long wait before the money goes back to your account. Still waiting for two of my orders.”

“AVOID. Iwanted a morganite ring and saw one on Gemporia in rose gold first time customer paid over £200. No postal tracking until after item came luckily I was home. WHAT A LOAD OF TAT. RUBBISH.quality of gold dreadful and stone no where near quality on programe no shine or depth to it. Once on it looked like something from a licky bag or cheap shop. Shall never use again DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY”
