“After dealing with many of the other companies and their horrible customer service, I am happy to say GenMobile has made it so much easier to resolve any issues I have had in regards to my service. Their plans are great for any budget and I’m not stuck with any overage fees or late fees. One extra is their Grace Period! I still receive my text even if I am a little behind on my payment so I am not missing in action! Thank You Gen Mobile! Finally a company that got it Right!”
