“Bought a Richa Scrambler jacket and wanted it delivered next day to middle of Scotland. The girls in the shop were brilliant! Sorted it out no problem. Minor issue with the jacket- manufacturer not getgeared I might add. Sent back and replaced within a few days. Arranged on phone and they were super. My first stop for any more gear - that’s for sure!”

“Really happy with the service I received. I called to ask for details on the product I was interested in. Martin was very helpful. I then went to the shop to confirm my size. Martin had set out the different sizes already. I was offered a drink & made comfortable before any "shop talk". Excellent service, excellent experience. 100% recommended.”

“Brought the oxford hoodie 2.0, recieved before estimated delivery date with a hand written note saying they'd upgraded my delivery for free so id get the hoodie before the weekend! Very kind and thoughtful, the sweets sealed the deal too! Will definitely buy from them again! 🙂”

“Great customer service from the phone call through to buying in the shop. I phoned ahead to let them know what I was looking for and price range, when I got there they had a selection ready for me, it was a Monday, so might be a bit pushed to do the same on a Saturday. 1st thing they showed me was exactly what I was looking for and it was below the budget price I had quoted, so purchased some boots as well. Great stock levels in the bigger sizes not many places carry 4XL jackets and size 12 boots. Prices are great plus you get great customer service. I will be recommending to anyone who asks.”

“Fantastic service. Ordered x2 items to the value of £189. They arrived super fast and were really well packaged. But the best bit (confirmed in a small hand written note inside the box) was that they thanked me for my order and paid for an upgrade to next day delivery. What can I say apart from I’ll be placing more orders in future. Job done!”

“I previously ordered myself a motorbike jacket from get geared, the size I ordered was too small so I spoke to get geared about exchanging and they couldn't have made it easier for me to return not to mention how helpful they were and made the exchange process so much easier. I mentioned to my partner the other day who was looking to get a new motorcycle helmet to have a look on the get geared website as I found they had a lot of variety for products, he ended up purchasing a helmet through get geared and just checked out with the free delivery option. His helmet arrived with a note inside from the company to they paid for free next day delivery so he can use his helmet as soon as possible to enjoy the good weather we have been having. Its the things like this that make companies so much more enjoyable to shop at, I will continue to use the company if I ever need anymore motorcycle gear as will my partner and others we have told about the wonderful customer service.”
