Excellent service but was disappointed I could not claim the 10% introductory offer off first order , as there was no code available. Putting that aside, delivery and service was excellent. Thank you.

The product, pricing and speed of despatch were excellent. My experience wasn't great however because of the courier used (DPD). Twice they allegedly tried to deliver and photographed the house they were delivering to and it wasn't ours. I tried to talk to DPD but I'm sure it's easier to get through to the Queen. I had seen the van go flying over the hill past our house the second time so, on the third attempt, I waited in the middle of the road and flagged them down. The driver said his Satnav kept taking him to No.29 so he kept following it. He was doing this 3 times even though the delivery address was No.30 ??? Perhaps GETSETPET should reconsider their courier ?

Pleased with packing and food. Lovely to have a note and gift with each delivery...a nice personal touch. Delivery was not so good. I will know next time but didn't realise the date of delivery was the date of dispatch. We therefore ran out of food and I had to go and buy a small bag locally. Also we arranged for the delivery to be left in our porch if we were out.....they didn't leave it there but took it to Morrisons in the town. We had to drive up and collect it the next day and had to show driving licence and debit card as well as the email sent to us. My husband only had the printed off email with him first trip up so I went later and collected the food!!

Delivery took longer than expected, had to contact customer service to find out what went wrong,no tracking number given or notification of that the food had even left the warehouse

Following your initial email, we escalated this with the courier and found that there was a small delay at your local depot. I can see on our system that a shipping confirmation email was sent to you the morning after your order, and this should have had your tracking number included though this could have found its way into your spam folder. Very good service. I thought I would try the regular subscription as it was a good discount on the cat food but then they add £5.95 carriage so it is actually the same price as ordering elsewhere with free carriage. Something to think about

As a subscriber, I'm happy with the service that I have so far received, and the people that I've spoken with on the phone, but I'm being bombarded with too many emails. I don't want to automatically direct them to my junk box, as reminder emails are useful at the appropriate time, but I don't need the frequent marketing.

Well not bad but the team need to check orders more precisely so as to minimise mistakes. I recently received the wrong item and although I was fairly happy with the customer service, I feel the error was avoidable.

Have used GSP for several purchases, have always appreciated the little card that comes back with the order and free dog bags. I enjoy the feel of a personal service however I have subscribed and that hasn’t been as trouble free as the promise. Had to email to amend an order, had assistance all done but would have preferred doing it myself. Dogs do go off foods and amending accordingly …. Could be better.

Great service, value & products. Personalised service also with a lovely thank you card. Just a shame the delivery person let you down by smashing my plant pot....but you can't help that.

I would have given a 5 STAR but didn't want to be rude by giving you less as I have no problem with you or the food. However, the delivery was a disaster with DPD. I advised to leave on my porch or redeliver to my daughter 5 doors away. Everything was fine with regards to notification however, I was in when they "called" but didn't hear them and they didn't call at my daughters as she and her 2 children were at home. They took the food away and delivered 5 miles up the road which wouldn't be there till the next day (not sure why as they would have had to pass the said shop to get out of Gosport. I have arthritis in my hands and a bad back. To use additional petrol in the current climate, and to carry the 15kg of food from the shop to my car, get it in the car (only small FIAT 500) drive back home, try and get it out of the car and carry it into my house, was not what I intended to do. This was a definite inconvenience and one of the reasons, I do online delivery. Usually, the driver drops it just inside my door and I can drag from there to the cupboard where I keep the dog food

I have always given a 5 star rating, this time it was 4 as wrong food was sent the time before last and I found it very difficult to contact get set pet and then when I did I got no responce.

Quick efficient delivery but accepting the 10% offer meant I ended up paying £5.60 delivery which would have been free as order over £30 !

I would give this service a 5 stars if the order alteration section was easier to use would have liked to swap out one item for another but was unable to get it to work way too complicated

Been ordering my puppy’s food from here last couple of months and really Impressed was a small mix up on one of the orders but was dealt with very quickly my adult rottie is switching foods soon and will be ordering puppy’s and adults food from here very good service

Would love to give you a FULL 5 STARs for the excellent service I have received from you recently but one teeny tiny hiccup has to be accounted for. My two Cairns enjoy the True Instinct range that has since changed name. I was able to order the dried food but unfortunately not the wet pouches. No indication of whether you will be stocking this in the future, no picture with "out of stock" so it does suggest maybe not? Apart from this, 15% discount and next day delivery, what is not to like. I will certainly be coming back and hopefully be able to order everything from you next time.
