The website doesn't work - it states there are 22 products but then doesn't show them. If I try to filter looking for a particular item, it brings me up a list of articles to read. I thought they sold products and as a former Big Dog World customer - I was directed to this site. Such a shame to lose a great website to a useless site where I can't buy anything.

Ordered cat food as it was only food my kitty eats. They’ve texted me after few days and told me its out of stock and if dont mind replace with another one. A bit upsetting. Why put in stock if its out of stock. If i knew it then i order somewhere. Anyways, i replaced the food but my kitty doesn’t eat it

What a waste of money. Drop a ball in and watch it roll out! If my dog could talk he’d of said “that’s no fun dad!” My advice - spend your money elsewhere. Dismal failure and not as advertised

Very poor product I threw the ball once and within 5 seconds the ball was in half what a joke !

I haven't yet received my order but there was a note through the letterbox saying they attempted to deliver a parcel and it was at the post office. I've had to request re-delivery and ensure it's a (rare) day I'll be working from home. I ordered 3 x 10kg bags of dry dog food, so it's not practical for me to go collect it (otherwise I would have bought locally). I'd ordered it and the date that it was said it would be delivered did not happen. In the comments when ordering I did ask if no-one was in not to leave it on front door step but to leave it in greenhouse. I was not sure when it was due to arrive and I was out at work. If I'd wanted to buy 3 massive bags of dog food that I would collect myself I'd have bought locally. As it is, due to the delay, I've had to buy some dry dog food elsewhere. Given this is the first time Ive used Get Set Pet, I'm far from impressed.

I didn't open the box straight away. Just now opened it to find I have received something totally different to the order! I ordered 10 packs of Nature's Menu dog treats and received 9 packs of Nature's VarietyI

I won’t be using them again. It took 10 days to get my delivery, and very little was done by the customer service to resolve the issue. They know there are issues with Evri yet they still use them. When I contacted them I received an ‘explanation’ rather than an apology. Very disappointed.

Hi, I ordered this item 7 days ago and the delivery time was 1-2 days. I am yet to receive the order which is pet food needed for my dog . I have had to find another stockist to purchase food to hopefully keep me going until the order arrives. I have tried the tracker for Evri and it says it has been received and is on its way! It has said this for 6 days now. Would like to know when or if the order will be fulfilled or a full refund?

I recently placed an order on the basis of the 1-2 day delivery period. Six days later I contacted GSP to advise that I had still not received the order. They responded promptly to tell me that they would look to resolve this ASAP. The following day I had not received any response so contacted them again to cancel the order. They have since advised that they first need to receive the goods back from their courier before they process my refund. I regularly order dog food from various suppliers and only placed this order with GSP because they advertised a quick delivery. I don't intend to use them again.

I have sent 2 emails regarding a delivery I didn't receive due to the incorrect delivery details being sent to me. To date, I haven't received a reply. Prior to this the service has been good but I wont be buying from here again.

Not recieved the harness after 8 days from ordering. Tried to make contact through email and no correspondence. Not happy!!
