I was very upset with the service. I received the wrong dog food. I am still waiting for the correct food to be delivered and the incorrect food to be collected. In the meantime I had to buy some food as I run out.

Normally have great service from Get Set Pet, but changed the date of delivery to 24/02 for my repeat order, as I was running out of dog food. However, the delivery took too long and my food was delivered finally on 28/02. Was feeding the dog rice and chicken whilst I waited to see if my delivery would arrive each day.

I have normally raved about get set pet but recently it seems they have very little care. Firstly I understand everything is going up in price but they hiked nearly 25% increase on my subscription (even though I found it still to be cheaper everywhere else without a subscription) I still stayed with them. Then I'm waiting for my December bag of Eden and it never turned up, I gave a week thinking it's just that time of year, when I emailed them about it they said that eden have discontinued the food I order, yet not one person got in touch with me and informed me of this or offered any alternatives. When saying this wasn't great customer service they offered me 5% off my next order if I decide to order off them again. This is a joke guys! You know you can't just swap a dogs food over it has to be a gradual thing you should have warned me if you were running low. Luckily I have managed to source it elsewhere (and cheaper)

I purchased my dogs food last month and set up a subscription to receive regular deliveries. My fault ,i forgot this and placed another order for the same food. I am annoyed that Get Set Pet sent me NO reminder that a subscription was in place and sold me another order for the same items all delivered together! Every other company i have subscriptions with notify me when a order is due and also give an option to cancel your order.

Extremely quick delivery but unfortunately the 12kg burns dog kibble was not whole kibbles. It was crushed and powdery.

Goods arrived on time but one bag was damaged . I was offered a 25% discount but as I communicated to the company I would not eat compromised food and I would not give it to my dogs . It took a bit of backward and forward emails ( which spoiled the experience of using the company ) but I was eventually sent a replacement bag . The damaged goods we’re supposed to be picked up but this did not happen. It’s a pity this all spoiled the experience and I’m now not sure whether I would use the company again . PITY

Hi James, thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry you're dissatisfied with your service. As is the case with all damaged goods, we had an internal process to follow and had to contact our couriers to investigate this, which we made you aware of at the time. We exchanged a few emails with you to try and find the best possible solution, ultimately replacing the bag for you. We apologise for the confusion surrounding the collection of your goods, as we had some trouble scheduling this with DPD though you did kindly offer to dispose of the goods for us which we let you know would be okay. Please let us know if you need any further help

I would love to write a positive review but after waiting 6 days from order I am still waiting for my goods. Probably DPD fault but perhaps the company needs to review who they use as their carrier. Never gad this problem before.

Very pleased with service up until recently.Have received two deliveries of Burns original dry food for dogs when I only ordered one!!!! Am still finding it difficult to cancel on website.No telephone number anywhere to be found.

Order delivered by PARCEL FORCE. Thrown over gate causing split of both outer plastic covering and 15kg sack and spillage/loss of kibble/biscuits. Saw this happen and asked delivery person NOT to do it again. I was there and available to take in. Instructions always left in case of absence.

Bag arrived with a split in it. Small on the plastic outside bag but large on the James Wellbeloved bag. Fortunately most of the food was contained.

product arrived fine but was not happy having to pay approx 17 pounds more than shop price for it.The current coronavirus outbreak meant people panic buying and shops selling out but still no excuse for overpricing.Looked at buying again the following day out of curiosity and it had gone up another 10 pounds?Pretty poor taking advantage of the situation.
