I ordered 2 dog beds. On opening the package which was delivered very speedily, sadly 1 of the beds had holes in the fabric. The other was absolutely fine. I contacted Get Set Pet and they arranged for the bed to be collected the next day (no delivery fee). Iam currently waiting on a replacement!

Love Get Set Pet, been using them for quite a while now. Excellent value for money, would really like to subscribe, but always have a problem with delivery. I have contacted Get Set Pet & DPD, I have even sent photos of my property to assist with delivery, but even this latest delivery this week, went to the wrong address & I had to go & collect it after the person who received it knocked on my door & told me there was a parcel for my address on their doorstep. If I could just sort this problem out, I would use Get Set Pet for all my pet supplies.

Sent item back for refund as not suitable. For quite some time heard nothing. No confirmation of receipt of returned item so eventually I contacted GSP. Only then did they say my refund would be actioned in the next few days. I can't help wondering how long it would have been before they contacted me, and actioned my refund, if indeed they would have done so at all. Extremely frustrating that they cannot be contacted by phone and assume this is intentional policy.

All was fine bar the fact that my 20% discount voucher on first order proved to be out of date so no benefit and your carrier DPD took three attempts to eventually deliver my order,claiming to have "missed" me when I had been at my address all along.However the help staff did do everything they could to rectify the situation.

At your end the service was faultless - however your appointed carrier DPD failed to deliver to the correct address - this is not unusual for them yet Amazon get it right every time! Parcel eventually delivered can’t say which day but we found it at our front door in the wet - no real problem as the food is in a weather proof bag

I ordered a large dog coat when it came it was a small size. Although they do not have a returns policy they refunded the cost of the postage. They did respond quickly and sent the correct coat quickly. However unfortunately the side buckle fell out on my dogs first wear of the coat poor stitching the culprit I’m afraid. The coat seems nice and has a warm insert but the poor stitching not good.

I have been buying from get set pets for over a year fantastic Other than my last order I received wrong order and over nearly a week later am still waiting for my order to come While I was informed about progress of my order and apologiesd to it doesn't help that I had no food left I was hoping for a discount on my next order due the the delay and it beening there mistake but have been offered nothing

I buy the most expensive catfood in fish flavour I asked if they could send a sample of the duck flavour as our cat is very fussy,along with another £40 odd bag of fish flavour. Did not even get an answer

I’ve signed up to a subscription and you have posted out and I missed the contact as I was overseas - I contacted you to say could you redeliver when I am back but you attempted to deliver once and then sent to Homebase - frustrating as it’s now being sent back and it’s my first subscription delivery - there was no time to contact you to stop when I was overseas - disappointing

Easy to order and efficient delivery. Love that mainly British good quality goods. My only annoyance is that I have 6week repeat food delivery and can’t seem to get training treats on repeat too. Sent emails but not addressed. Otherwise would be 5*

I already has a PitPat for my younger dog. I liked it so much I bought another for my other pup ASAP. Unfortunately this one arrived with a dud battery, thankfully I have spares and once replaced we were good to go. 👏👏👏

Received my order and a lovely gift on time and when expected. Unfortunately there was a hole in one of the dog food pouches which leaked through the boxes and all over the other pouches. The pouch with the hole in looked inedible for my dog so I had to throw it away.
