“Really great customer service, helped when I was worried about when my order would arrive! iPad came in great packaging well padded and works perfectly. It has a couple of scratches which are expected with a refurbished I guess but still would have liked to have known beforehand. 5 stars nevertheless, great service!”

“I ordered 2 iPhone 6s from Gettech... They took 7 days to deliver. one arrived in perfect condition the other arrived with scratches all over. I am returing one for a refund but wouldn't expect the other to arrive in time for Christmas.. v disappointed. It's difficult to show the scratches in a pic/video. “Excellent product ordered pre owned iPhone 8 Plus and it looks almost brand new besides scratches. Came with all necessities except for headphones. Very fast delivery and great customer service as I had been sent a case and screen protector for the wrong phone and I was sent the correct ones within days. Excellent website couldn’t fault them. Would definitely order from them again.”

“I bought a refurbished iphone 6s from them back in August. Upon arrival it worked for two days before a screen malfunction rendered it useless. When I returned the item to GetTech, they refunded me the full cost of the phone within a week. Their customer service team is very polite and helpful. My experience of their product wasn't great, but my experience as a customer overall was excellent.”
