“Great service. My second time ordering from them, just as reliable as the first time! I needed a repair done a few months after my first order, dropped it in and was fixed in no time. Also no charge as it was still on warranty.”

“The phone feels and does look brand new. The phone has performed really well and was definitely worth the purchase. The issue I have is that there is a small deep scratch in the top right of the phone by the camera it is small but noticeable. I would expect something like this by buying a second hand phone so it hasn't upset me about the purchase at all”

“Great service from a Cork based company. Ordered on a Tuesday sent out on Wednesday and received from An Post in a timely fashion. The phone was in excellent condition, came with screen protector, case and charger. You would never guess it was pre-owned. I will definitely use them when I (or kids!) need a new(er) phone. Highly recommended.”

“This is the first time I've bought a refurbished phone - trying to shop in a circular economy as well as keep costs down. I'm very happy with the S8 I got, and it arrived very quickly. The one query I had was very efficiently handled by the sales team. I would have no problem going back to GetTech in the future for something else.”

“So far, a poor experience. Phone (iPhone XS max) worked out of the box but screen stopped responding to inputs an hour later despite my extensive troubleshooting, running iOS updates etc. Had to swap back to my old iphone 6. Delivery also took 4 days, as they somehow couldn't ship it to me next day despite ordering on Tuesday morning and living in the same city, and I had to submit a support inquiry on Thursday to get an update on when it was actually getting sent. Support responded within 20 minutes though, so at least they're expedient. After that it took another two days which I admittedly can't fault them for with delivery delays all over the country, though again, same city? They're getting two stars on credit because the other reviews seem very positive with working phones and their support was very quick. I have faith my experience will be improved, at which point I'll happily delete this or update this review to reflect that experience.”

“This is my second time ordering a phone from GetTech, this one i purchased as a Santy gift for my son. It looked perfect except for a noticeable scratch on bottom right hand corner. Just hoping he doesn’t notice on Christmas Day. Bit disappointed but as I signed up to get a refurbished phone I guess you have to take your chances.”
