“It was very nice phone got in 2020 near the start in March a couple months later it had a problem so I sent it back and it was fixed for free and it’s still working now for me to type this message”

“iPhone 13 was immaculate and the 2 year warranty is great for the price of the fone, also the battery was at 100% health so better than advertised. Delivery was only 3 days and very pleased, Paul B”

“Simple and easy to find and order my mini iPad, which arrived perfectly packaged and on time. Working like new, very happy with this service and will come back when the time comes to get more recycled tech., as I think it's crazy not to when we need to be thinking about how we can re-use and recycle wherever possible.”

“I have used GetTech to purchase 2no. phones now. On the first phone in 2021 GetTech was better value than Swappie, but when looked for the third phone Swappie was considerably better value for the same phone with a new battery!! Time to review your pricing please.”

“Great customer service. Always on hand to answer questions. I returned a phone as it was not to my liking, got replacement phone and refunded cash in a seamless and quick manner. Highly recommend. Very happy with quality of phone also”

“I thought the whole process was so easy from when I noticed that you purchased Fitbit products from owners to when the refund was confirmed by PayPal. The online chat was most helpful also. I had asked for a box and label to be sent but as none arrived I boxed it up and labelled the box myself.”

“Hi, bought a phone recently. Delivery was delayed because of bank holiday but the girl I spoke to was very nice to deal with and sent a gift to make up for the delay . My daughter is delighted with her phone”

“Excellent service with my phone arriving within 24 hours of ordering. Unfortunately the wrong cover was included, but again, the correct one was received within 24 hours of the mistake being acknowledged. My iphone 8 was as described, and is working perfectly.”
