“Get tech are the worst coming ive ever delt with telling lies selling faulty products will not return product when taken back after they damaging them i also baught an iphone that never worked right the screen was gammy there a waste of time , space and money”

Hi Dermot, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have attached several photos of the returned Airpods here: https://ibb.co/album/mJLkJj As you can see, the device is in a terribly worn down condition and has been physically damaged, in the form of burns on one of the buds. We have CCTV footage showing that your brought them in this state, and were not damaged this way by any of our staff. You placed the order in September 2021, and received a 12-month warranty. Several months later, in November, you returned them due to poor quality of sound. We found that the AirPods had been so caked in dirt that the sound coming from them was significantly dampened - there were no faults found other than dirt packed into the buds. As a goodwill gesture, we replaced them for you as we try our best for each and every customer. You reached out to us again in May, looking to receive a replacement, and stating that the quality was bad again. We advised that we would be more than happy to replace them for you if there was a fault present. You returned them to us in June, in a damaged condition, and requesting a refund this time. Due to the fact that they had come to damage of this kind, we advised that your warranty was voided and a refund or replacement would not be possible. We can appreciate that this was not your desired outcome, however, we cannot cover the cost of items that were damaged while in your care. I apologise that we could not come to a resolution that you were satisfied with. If you'd like to get in touch with us about the other device you mentioned, we'd be more than happy to help. “I had a wonderful experience purchasing from Get tech. The team were super responsive to my queries & very accommodating when I was just out of time with a discount code. The phones arrived swiftly, well packaged & the free accessory set was great for getting set up. The phones are in excellent condition & we are very happy with them. I genuinely enjoyed dealing with Get tech & it feels like they really do care about their customers. I have been a retail manager for a big brand that was very customer orientated. Get tech are doing it right!”

“The 1st phone I got the microphone didn’t work so I sent it back. They gave me a replacement very fast and this phone works like new. They also include a screen protector, phone case, charger and SIM card remover. Excellent customer service”

“I purchased an iPhone 11. The ringtone decreased in volume when I went to answer the phone. I rang Get Tech and they were unable to help. However I visited their base in Cork where a very courteous man went through all the possibilities and discovered it was just a phone setting. He also replaced the screen cover free of charge. I am very happy with this service”
