“1. Sent me the wrong charger for my phone but resolved this immediately at no extra hassle to me so no star reduction for that 2. I had to clean the dirt out from around the phone side buttons. Feel like this should be done more thoroughly in store. Star reduction for that. 3. Really great turnaround time on delivery I had my phone within 3 days of ordering.”

“Definitely not next day delivery! Not even being dispatched the same day. Ordered my phone on tuesday, was dispatched on thursday. Hopefully it comes Friday because otherwise its weeklong delivery! I chose this site because of their good reviews and apparent quick delivery, even though they are more expensive than alot of other Irish sites, so if youre ordering here because of the quick delivery, don't!! Also the person handling customer service chat option on the website was so rude”

“My iPhone broke during a time when we all needed to stay connected. Not only do I need it for working from home, but to stay in touch with loved ones during this current pandemic. During a lockdown GetTech managed to get my new phone to me within 24 hours and honestly I was so impressed with the Delivery service, the phone quality, the packaging and the customer service. I emailed all my contacts the next day to recommend the service. Thank you so much!”

“Ordered an iPhone 7 for my daughter it came absolutely perfect as new with charger cover and screen protecter with next day delivery I will defo be using gettech again and have already told alot of my friends about it and will continue to do so 10/10 from me extremely pleased”
