“Scam site, they take your money and won't send item. They never reply or respond to you. I orderd something and never heard from them untill I messaged then at 3.30 in the morning got a reply saying sorry to tell you this but that item isn't in stock. Blah blah. Iv emailed called messaged dozens of times and no one will get back to me. Theyv stolen my money. I'll be reporting to companies office aswell as the fraud department.and bank. I'll be taking legal action. This is a disgusting company. I also see there's hundreds of others who have had the same experience.”
“I recently purchased a replacement shaver head for my head shaver from Get a Cut and it arrived within a couple of days. Fast service. However I did have an issue with the shaved head that arrived and it wouldn’t work properly. After a few emails with them trying to work out the problem I received a replacement head in the mail and it works perfectly. Great customer service and follow up. Thanks.”
