“Ordered & paid for products & received email saying order had been received & Get a Cut would contact me once my order was on its way. 1 week later - NO response from them. Phoned them - their Cell number had been "temporally disconnected", their land-line goes straight to answer-phone. Emailed them - no response. I am still waiting for my products and still NO response from Get a Cut NZ. Hopeless! I would not recommend this outfit to anyone. I am now worried they may be a "con".”

“Excellent service and outstanding communication. Ordered a Remington rx5 replacement blade when I needed an rx7 blade for my shaver. Realised after I paid and contacted them to change my order. Order was promptly changed and corrected and the online sale was completed and order sent as soon as stock arrived. Thank you for providing great customer service, I will happily use your business again and recommend to others.”
