“Worst customer service ever. After deciding to buy it, it showed a timer saying your package will be sent today if you buy within a certain time frame, and courier will be 1 -2 days. Awesome stuff. So I paid and so began the waiting... after 3 emails over 3 weeks still no contact or product. Even Afterpay was ignored by them. Thankfully after escalating the problem with afterpay I was refunded and the order cancelled. Funny thing is the product says in stock. I brought a new shaver from Skol Beard Company in Australia.
