I have tried to message via their Facebook Marketplace store, their website chat option and even resorted to sending messages to their personal Facebook pages but no joy so I would not recommend you buy from this company at all.”

I ordered a shaver on Monday evening (2nd Oct 2023) and promptly received an email from Get A Cut to say the product had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Why advertise on your website and accept payment for a product you don’t/ won’t ever have in stock?
On Tuesday morning I replied to the company’s email asking for a refund after which point they became non-responsive. I’ve since emailed and called multiple times to zero effect. I’ve been completely “ghosted”. This morning (Thurs, 5th) I noticed that the “pending” charges on my credit card had been accepted by the company. They’re quite happy to accept your money whilst providing you with nothing in return! A scam it would seem but quite concerning that Get A Cut was featured on Seven Sharp a few years ago. The company is happy to advertise this on their website for the credibility it lends them.
