Offered to pay the difference and shipping to get the correct product.
Unwilling to exchange as I opened the box.
Product was never used and is all original.
Poor communication and lack of explanation for not accepting a exchange.

“I was searching multiple websites for a hair dryer, but it needed to meet two requirements, quality and price. And surprised it wasn’t easy and yet I found it with Get a Cut NZ and not only that the delivery was so fast, that I had assumed a package I had bought a day or 2 prior to this hair dryer had arrived only to be surprised with my hair dryer. All in all…they were fantastic. Definitely coming back.”
