“This company are a disgrace. They have totally taken advantage of the horrible and tragic circumstances that are all over the world. They have just lied about everything and stole our money after saying that they had paid it back. PLEASE PLEASE do not book with this company as it is just one big scam. Any company that takes advantage of such a situation should be closed down immediately. I have also contacted the worldwide press to let them know about this company”

“Fantastic company, highly delighted with their prices, communication and attitude. “This year we managed to visit Spain, we went on vacation with the whole family. Vouchers were offered to us very unexpectedly, it was impossible to refuse them, good value. So, I had to search for a transfer urgently. Booked a service per day on the gettransfer website. The driver arrived on time, the car was in excellent condition. The service is just fine. Thanks.”

“good online service. I used it for the second time and I'm happy with everything. It was necessary to fly urgently to Cyprus ( Nicosia). The service is easy to use, I chose the direction, left a request, I was sent all the possible options by email, I just had to choose . The car was waiting for me when I arrived. You can see that the car is being watched, the interior is clean. The driver drives well, plus he even gave me a little tour while we were driving. For money, everything is acceptable. Recommend.”

“Good service, ordered a transfer here from the airport in Cyprus. Now the world is tense because of the virus, and my wife and I had a planned honeymoon, did not cancel, just changed Venice to Larnaca. I chose the direction on the site , left a request , I was sent to the mail all possible options for cars . I decided. We arrived on time, the car was already waiting for us. You can see that the car is being watched , the interior is well-groomed , the driver drives well. We are happy with everything.”

“When I was about to travel to Spain with my husband and children, the question of transfer became acute. She began to think about who it would be possible to entrust such a responsible matter and climbed up on the forum sites to ask for advice from people who are aware of all such matters. I was advised to turn my attention to GetTransfer and I ordered a transfer here. Moreover, everything was simple and it can be done a day before departure. “Good online service! I use it not for the first time and so far I am happy with everything. The last time I flew to Cyprus, my father asked me to fly on company business. I left a request, I received the entire offer in my email, and I chose it. Large selection of payment methods, which is convenient. My ray was delayed for half an hour, so I arrived half an hour later. The car waited quietly, and I paid nothing for waiting. The driver drives well. Delivered to the place. Recommend.”

“we had a very satisfied booking experience and a well trip from pompei archeology park to amalfi coast. this is the first time i book a taxi online. i realized there were bad reviews of this website. but just want to try. we got several offers from local drivers. price was affordable and reasonable. we communicated through gettransfer.com, the driver responded quickly. on time and very nice.”

“I would highly recommend the company. They are reliable and efficient. I had an early flight from Lisbone and booked the car at night, a few hours before it . The driver was on time, even a bit earlier. Not to mention about the online staff, which was very very helpful and supportive”

“Hired a driver from here for a ride from Narita to my Tachikawa hotel. The Driver I chose was $100 cheaper than all of the others, but still $140. Two days before my flight I decided to confirm with the driver and that’s when I discovered that the driver was sending me messages there on the gettransfer.com site. He said that he made a mistake and thought the trip was from Haneda and that there was a problem, as he is not allowed to go to my area. Had I not gone to gone back to that site we might have had a major problem. But I chatted with them through WhatsApp and they did their best to make it right. My driver went as far as he could go, waited with me for another driver or showed up a few minutes later and took me to my hotel. Really great customer service. They could have easily just said “sorry, we cancelled your trip”.”

“and my husband have a good trip specially for this service. 2 weeks ago we visit Spain. We order a car from airpot Madrid to Hotel Catalonia. I make an order on web site one week before arrival. Upon arrival us meet a driver, help with our baggage. It was a comfortble and smooth drive. Driver was a good man, very talkative. Upon arrival at the hotel, he help with our baggage again. When our holidays comes to end, I decided make an order again, one day before departure. We meet our driver and arrived safely at the airport. My advice: use this service if you want have a good trip in foreign countries.”

“We have used gettransfers 11 times over the past seven weeks in Europe and Asia with very positive results. The communication between the drivers and us via WhatsApp has been fabulous. They have contacted us 12-24 hours prior to the transfer to let us know that they will be there for us. We had a two hour flight delay into Montenegro and we were able to advise the driver of the delay and he was very nice and was there when the flight arrived. I read a lot of reviews from "Anonymous" people who leave very negative reviews obviously meant to scare people away. They almost succeeded with me, but I figure is they can't leave their name, then perhaps they never really used the service. At any rate, we have 11 transfers driven by clean, friendly professionals (well, one as questionable, but he did get us where we needed to be safely). I would definitely use gettransfers.com again and would recommend them....and I will leave my name!”

“We used Get Transfer two times, first to travel with 11 from Zurich to our destination in Austria Very nice van and driver. Then my husband and I travelled to Florence, Italy in a private car. Our driver, Roman,was fantastic. We had a problem finding our friends in Florence and he drove us all over until we connected , the trip was a pleasure. My only warning would be that you need a cell phone to keep in contact with the driver regarding pick up point and time. The service was excellent”

“Honest Review: UK Traveller, Used this service in Morocco from Hotel to Airport I've seen a lot of really bad reviews on here. After booking and paying, I saw these reviews and got really panicked thinking I made a big mistake! But luckily everything went to plan. I used gettransfer for first time today to get from my hotel in Marrakech Morocco to the Menara Airport to get my flight back to London Gatwick. Ran out of Dirhams to get one of their local taxis so had to think of something fast. I searched and found Gettransfer and paid via PayPal. Looks like I'm the first to say it but I actually had an excellent service?! Maybe because it was one in Morocco?? Easy payment and booking with a choice to select which car type with different offers. I messaged the person via chat that evening to get confirmation as I was scared by all these reviews that I mesed up! He attended as planned the next day 12pm to pick my family up and take us to the airport. We was meant to have a normal 5 seater car but fortunately to our merit, we got a nice air conditioned SUV 8 seater which was perfect for the amount of luggage we had and baby seat and stroller! Our taxi man was really lovely, even got our trolley for us at the airport to load our suitcases on. 5 star services. Sorry to hear there has been some bad reviews. I think I am still sceptical to use them again though! Maybe I just got lucky lol”

“We had a great experience in the city Eindhoven, the driver was very professional and the car was above expectations. The company that provided us this transfer was Safe Taxi, please correct me if i’m wrong. They work together with GetTransfer.”

“Ездили с подругой в Грузию в первый раз, и воспользовались услугами компании GetTransfer. Спасибо команде ребят за профессионализм и внимательность к нашим просьбам. “Уже 2 раз воспользовались услугами gettransfera. Заказали в этот раз трансфер на всю нашу команду из аэропорта в загородный дом. Мы до этого никогда не были в Испании, поэтому о маршруте ничего не знали.
