“I would like to thank your company for their help with transportation during my vacation in Vietnam. I did not have any difficulties with ordering a transfer. They kept in touch with me. Special thanks to the drivers! The guys who drove us are professionals, drove very carefully, brought us comfortably. The driver who brought us to the hotel, helped with check-in, as the reception was closed, he helped us to find the hotel staff. Now I know that I will use your company.”

“Tried to charge me $50 additional because the driver OFFERED to drop me off three doors down from the drop off location. Absolutely never using this service again. If you use this service get out of the car at your designated drop off location. In my situation, my airbnb did not show up on GetTransfers map, so I selected the nearest public hotel. When we arrived, the driver offered to take us 3 doors down to our airbnb. I didn't realize they would later try to ask me for $50 for the 90 meter difference. Good luck and beware when booking with this company.”
