“SCAM! , I booked a transfer with this company to take us to the airport, but ran into some issues. The driver requested my number and then contacted me via WhatsApp, asking me to pay him directly because he claimed the company, Gertransfer, fails to pay their drivers and that he was owed over 7000 euros. When I reported this to the company, they insisted that the driver would still provide the service, which he ultimately did not. As a result, we had to hurriedly find another vehicle large enough for our group, which almost made us miss our flight. Since then, the company has neither issued a refund nor responded to my emails. I strongly advise against using this service and regret not checking the reviews beforehand.”
