“Overall a good service. We were traveling as a group of 5 with ski equipment, and finding transport in the Alps can be tricky. The driver helped us fit everything into the van and even offered water bottles. The only thing was the meeting point wasn’t super clear at first, but we sorted it quickly by phone.”

“Super smooth experience. We landed in Athens and were out of the airport in 20 minutes. Our driver was already parked nearby and messaged me to confirm where he was. He also gave us some great tips for restaurants near our hotel. Really appreciated the warm welcome.”

“Decent service. I booked a late-night pickup in Istanbul and the driver was actually early, which helped ease my anxiety. Communication was mostly through the app, which worked fine. The car was not brand new but very clean inside. Would use again.”

“Used GetTransfer twice during our trip to Italy – first from Rome airport, then later from Florence to Venice. Both times the drivers were punctual and polite. I liked that you could see multiple offers and pick what works for you. Prices were reasonable considering the convenience.”

“Booked a transfer from Barcelona airport to our hotel in the Gothic Quarter. The driver was already waiting when we landed, which was great after a long flight with kids. The van was clean, spacious, and the AC worked well. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because we had to walk a short distance to meet the car due to traffic restrictions in the area, but not really their fault.”
