“In GetTransfer nobody forces you to take orders. Everything is voluntary: if you want, you work, if you don't want, you take a break. This is very different from other services, where you have to follow strict schedules.”

“I live in a resort town, and in summer there are enough orders. Especially transfers from hotels to excursions and back. The main thing is to be on the spot and have time to take orders.”

“My driver did not show up at the airport, I reported this to GetTransfer but after an initial “we’re looking into it” email, they didn’t get back to me and ignored all my subsequent emails. I did a chargeback through my bank, and they found in my favour. GetTransfer then reverted the refund I was issued. I got in touch with them to report this, and surprise surprise - they’re ignoring my emails again. They’re not a professional company, they don’t care about their customers. And whoever is in charge of customer service needs to be fired ASAP.”

“I felt I was cheated by get transfer. I was not picked on October 22 at Barcelona cruise terminal. Called the driver who said he has no booking, was rude and banged the phone. From that day I have sent 10 messages to Get transfer and got replied twice saying it’s being investigated. Till today Nov 7 they have not refunded my money and it appears they don’t trust their customers . Even if they don’t it’s a lot of time to investigate. I cannot take another chance on such company”

“Ordered a transfer from Valencia to the airport, needed a minivan with a child car seat, paid for the order on the site, at the specified time the car was waiting at the entrance, neat-looking driver helped to load luggage, a little fun during the trip, droB1:B10ve the car carefully, only positive impressions, the service is satisfied, but need a system of progressive bonuses for the volume of orders”
