"The worst option in the world!!! They offer you a price and an option, so when you buy you will be told that it does not include anything except the guide and the bus! You have to buy tickets additionally, and also no one tells you that Windsor Castle is closed 3 days a week and you bought tickets for no reason. Evan Evans will tell you that they often have problems and complaints from customers, but they can't help and control what Get your guide will put on their site. All in all, it's a disaster and not worth the money you'll pay because you won't get anything and you'll have to pay extra and you won't be able to see what you paid for!!!\r\nAnd they delete negative reviews from the platforms, so people don't have a real picture of them! \r\nCreepy"

"I have booked a tour and I received cancellation,saying do the weather issue.Tour should take a place today and no issue with weather at all.What a scammer.Now I couldn\u2019t book any other tour because it was late already.What a waist.So disappointed.They are saying they will refund money in two weeks.I will never book with them again for sure"

"AVOID GET YOUR GUIDE.\r\n\r\nWE WERE LATE 15 MINUTES FOR A GUIDED TOUR IN LONDON.\r\n\r\nCALLED AND EMAILED THAT WE ARE ON THE WAY AND IF THERE IS A POSSIBILTY FOR THE DRIVER TO WAIT. "My booking number : Booking - S44382 - GYG48Z4GBQWN\r\n\r\nWorst worst worst . GetYourGuide never trust them or book anything form this site . I booked Kl tower (kulalumpur) from this website for our family( 2 yrs old kid. 8 yrs old kid and my wife ) they send the confirmation with some agent name and even I contacted them for confirmation n they confirmed. When I arrived at the destination Kl tower they say the ticket is cancelled. GetYourGuide do not have the ethics to inform the customer about the cancellation and they have just cancelled without any reasons. When I contacted the agent she was clueless and says I don\u2019t know. Ridiculous and GetYourGuide booking will make your trip unpleasant. I DONT RECOMMEND this useless site"

"Advertised a guided trip to Hatta Mountains, Dubai. The guide did not know English, was uncertain about how to get to Hatta and almost hit several cars before hard braking. We were too uncomfortable so called the trip off after half an hour. We asked GetYourGuide for a refund, they wouldn't and advised the agent to alter their advert to include \"no guide\". Do not use this company they are a rip off. There a far better alternatives out there."

Easy to use website with lots of good activities. We used for tickets to the szechenyi thermal baths in Budapest. We also had to cancel another activity we had booked and the refund was in our account the next day. Would definitely use again.
”
