“I ordered the flower in more than 2 weeks advance. I reserved it to deliver in December 31,2020. But they messed up. I even write to their costumer service to tell them to ship out earlier! They told me not to worry, the flower will be arrived in time. But today is January 2, 2021!! I still don’t have my order!!! So disappointing and will not buy anything from this store ever again and will not recommend to anyone!! I don’t even want to give a one star because I don’t have my order yet! How dare you!!”

Our team advised you on this issue on the 2nd of January 2021 and explained that due to the ongoing pandemic, carriers are experiencing delays with order deliveries. We do our best to ship out orders promptly to prevent possible delays, however, we have little control over delivery times and are unable to guarantee an exact date of delivery. I’m very disappointed that the first concern wasn’t to get the correct colored roses I picked, shipped to me immediately!!! Over 200 dollars!! I understand mistakes happen, but your customer service is disappointing me. I even had someone reach out on Instagram messenger... they asked for pictures and I provided several that show pink and red roses. They look like a Valentine’s Day gift. I ordered them to impress my guests at a dinner party that is now over..those pink and red roses looked tacky in my dining room so I didn’t even put them out.
