“Excellent customer service. They were quick to notice I had made a mistake with my prescription (I had put one as negative and one as positive), and quickly contacted me to ask if my prescription was correct or not. I feel that most other online glasses stores would have just processed the order. The next day delivery was amazing, I received notification of when they would arrive, which they promptly did. I'm a very satisfied customer!”

“Excellent service! I needed a new pair of frames, called and ordered them and they were delivered the next day. Packaged beautifully! I had looked around at a lot of other websites and was nervous about ordering glasses online, but this website is 100% legit and has excellent customer service (called the number and spoke to confirm they had what I wanted in stock).”

“I don't really know how you can deliver the glasses so quickly. From ordering and then processing the order and making the customised glasses in less than 24 hours is certainly surprising. I am very happy with the service of this website and love the new frames. Was hesitant to buy from them seeing as I didnt think it was possible to make prescription glasses so quickly. Overall very satisfied. Will definitely purchase from again.”

“website gave me some hiccups but other than that, quick and brilliant service with good communication and a saving of £125 against the base price in my local opticians. Will definitely be a returning customer!! I cheekily sized up the frames on the high street so I knew they would suit and fit when I got them.”
