“Ordered at 2.30, delivered to me by 10.30 next day. Love the glasses - extremely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. By comparison Boots optician could/would not supply the same frame, quoted me a 6/7 day turnaround on ray ban frames generally and were going to charge me around £50 more!”

“The service was super quick, next day royalmail for 3 quid but my only issue is that I found the same dunglasses on another dite for a 20quid cheaper. Waiting for someone to get back to me on that.”

“QUICK DELIVERY, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE; PHONED ME TO CLARIFY SOME UNCERTANTIES WITH MY ORDER. OTHER SITES TAKE 7-10 DAYS TO INSTALL PRESCRIPTION LENSES; 1 WORKING DAY WITH THESE GUYS. Much recommended.”

“Got a great price on the glasses I ordered and the service is very attentive and friendly. My glasses were delayed by a week due to being out of stock, which was a bit annoying but was made up for by great service I received. In the end there was a problem with the courier so I had to wait even longer, but Glasses Now gave me a 20% refund as an apology. I'm sure these issues were just a one-off and the good customer service I received means I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.”
