“The organisation of the course and the communication given was abysmal! The provided laptops were not fit for purpose, the logins supplied had expired, we were given incorrect start/end times, were kicked out the building early, had to sort out the demo VMs with virtually no assistance.
The course material was ok. The slides and demos were a bit out of date.”
“The course manual arrived in time. This was my first experience of the course in a virtual environment. I did not feel left out of the classroom, I was able to interact with the class and the trainer. The Trainer was very good. He recognized the need for frequent short breaks. I passed and it was an excellent experience. I will always pick the virtual option if given a choice. Its more comfortable and less stressful to do training from the comfort of home. Thank You for an excellent experience.”
“The trainer was excellent and he made learning easy and fun. He used good analogies and was very helpful when you couldn't grasp a concept. The course content was pitched just right. The venue was good - even though we could see train tracks from the classroom window and we could see trains going past, we were not disturbed by noise.”
“Our ITIL Foundation course lecturer (James Keighley) was very entertaining with a 'Top Gear' style of delivery that was combined with in depth expert knowledge of the subject. Not only that, but he took care to get to know a little bit about each person on the course and would weave examples that individuals could relate to into the course teaching.
ITIL Foundation is an inescapably dry and boring subject that has to be learnt in a certain way to pass the exam. I was initially worried about the amount of rote learning required, but James' whole teaching style along with handy mneumonics and diagrams has helped us get pretty good marks in the exam as well as giving us confidence to apply our knowledge at work.”
“It didn't make me that happy. The first course I attended with alan Nixon for the ITIL Service Design course was really interesting and kept my attention captured through the 3-day. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the ITIL Service Operations held with Peter Farenden. The course wasn't organised properly, which wasn't well strucutred, and also the lecturer didn't have any teaching skills.”
“I studied and passed the ITIL foundation course over three days in Leeds. The tutor (James Keighley) was excellent - combining an obvious grasp of the subject with a superb delivery style. The location and quality of the venue and the course materials were all excellent - highly recommended.”
“Attended the TOGAF course - run by Duncan Anderson - he was extremely knowable on the subject, he has really good presentation skills, he kept the course jovial and at a good pace. I would certainly recommend others to the course.”
“I really enjoyed the course, learned lots and passed the exam.
Rosemary was a fantastic trainer - keeping us focussed, interested and engaged all at the right times and of course ensured we passed.”
