Personally, I would've preferred hard copy of workbook as I fond it easier to scribble notes/diagrams on relevant pages than making notes on the soft copy”
“Dreadful for beginning to end, was not taught a thing. Wanted to take Agile next but would rather pay myself than use GK- didn't even get the manual until mid way through the first day not shown a single slide about the course just practice how to take an exam. Will be providing detailed feedback into O2 training team to ensure we don't use GK where possible.”
“I felt that the course was too heavy on the instructor just talking for long periods of time. Your focus drifts. One session was 2hrs and 20 minutes of just sitting and listening.
if I can give an example one slide contained the 8 step process and he described hat slide with about a minute on each point and I felt that I understood it and it was well paced then he went through 8 more slides one for each of the points again and I lost my concentration.
There should be more exercises to help embed he knowledge we only had 2 in the 3 day course.”

2) no content table to the slides, during open book exam this would be extremely usefull, to have the subjects and pages. I did it myself to write out a content table over 3 pages.
